The Hope for Tomorrow Medical Mission Team is comprised of professionals with a broad spectrum of experiences. The combined mission trips of our team span across North America, South America, South Africa, and South East Asia, bringing a variety of general and specialized disciplines to each region.
In March 2005, the Hope for Tomorrow Medical Mission Team collaborated with the World Health Ambassador Program, a program under the Vietnamese America Medical Association, for a medical mission trip to Phnom Penh, Cambodia. While in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, the team visited six villages. In total, the team treated 2500 patients. This includes performing 1700 medical examination and treatments and conducting 500 dental procedures.
In November 2005, the HOPE Team hosted a Medical Mission to Da Nang, Vietnam and provided necessary treatments to over 2700 students from first grade to fifth grade. The team performed over 1500 dental procedures and 500 medical examinations and treatments at 5 schools. In addition, the team successfully conducted public health and hygiene classes for the 2700 students and 200 parents. School Principals from each school can vouch for our team's effectiveness and efficiency on site.
From 2005 to present, the HOPE Team has collaborated on numerous other medical/dental missions. HOPE Team members have gone to places like Egypt, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. The HOPE collaborative network is growing and this allows HOPE members to participate in a variety of mission through the years.
